Training and Development
Utilizing conference calls, training videos, webinars and one on one conversation, we prepare your staff member with consultation on the following:

• Curriculum templates and sample lesson plans
• Play selection and stage management
• Acquisition of theatrical royalties
• Creation of itineraries and calendars

Participants learn alongside other camp theater specialists, focusing on activity facilitation, show production, emcee skills for evening programs, and managing additional responsibilities in the camp environment.  Our summer staff retreats occur in early June for our Midwest camps and mid-June for our Northeast camps.

Communication
We don't disappear when summer starts. We stay involved in your camp program with the following:
